Founded in March 2025, Over & Above is an independent neighbourhood bar where we take our drinks seriously, but never ourselves. We offer delicious cocktails, wines & beers in a relaxed yet upmarket environment with friendly table service. Our menu focusses on signature & elevated classic cocktails, taking certain elements of the drinks over & above. We wanted our name to reflect not only our drinks & style of service, but also the physical layout of our venue, split across two floors above the Little Ale House in Harrogate.

Owners Rich & Fran Hamer have decades of hospitality experience between them & this is their first venture, bringing table service & high quality cocktails to Harrogate.
